A Jacksonville resident since I was 6 years old, you could say that I’ve grown up with Northeast Florida. I love this area and truly think it’s the best place to live. There’s such a diversity of neighborhoods and activities that there’s a perfect somewhere here for everyone. My love of the area and the changing needs of my growing family helped make a move into a real estate career almost a decade ago. That move has only served to increase my knowledge and appreciation for living in Northeast Florida. Spend a few minutes telling me about what you love to do and I’ll not only understand your real estate needs, I’ll guide you to some places your might not discover on your own.
My customers are from all walks of life, and I’ve guided folks through transactions ranging from under $100,000 to over $2 million. Everyone gets my full attention and best effort, as for many, real estate represents the biggest, most important asset in their life. I am anything but pushy: your best interest is my best interest. I’m very proud of the fact that customer feedback after the transaction usually includes comments on my excellent communication skills, patience, exceptional customer service, and honesty. Many have said it’s the best experience with any realtor they’ve ever worked with, and they would absolutely call me again and recommend me to anyone.
In the 40+ years I have lived in Northeast Florida I have seen a lot of great changes. If you love sports, living here will give you access to pro football, world class golf, AAA baseball, ice hockey and college sports. There are plenty of good places for hunting, fishing, boating and kayaking, if these things appeal to you. And there are so many parks and public spaces here, it can take you years to get around to them all. If you love diversity of landscape I can tell you all about other spots in Florida; from the springs at Ichetucknee to the rolling hills near Tallahassee, to the Everglades, to the marshes and the numerous beaches. Like to garden and grow things? Ask me about my own yard and garden, and the many things you can enjoy growing here.
I am married with four children. I graduated from Episcopal School of Jacksonville and the University of North Florida. When I’m not working, it’s all about family time. We have four children, two in college, and we love to hang out and travel together. I volunteer time and treasure to the Hunger Fight, Autism Speaks, and I coach youth soccer.
Whether you are buying or selling a home, I look forward to helping you fulfill your real estate needs. Because, professionally speaking, helping you with these decisions and keeping your transaction on track are the most important things I do. Reach out to me by phone, text or email about your real estate goals and dreams. You will be happy you did.
