We are new to the community and David brought what seemed to be unlimited knowledge of the Jacksonville market to our home search. In all of my experiences in life, I have never met anyone as full of integrity as David. My case presented some exceptional challenges. But David handled them all with grace and patience. David agreed to take on the monumental task of selling our house during the pandemic while we had already moved to Maine. Through all the inspection items and the fixes required by our HOA he remained calm and positive. Suffice to say I was not remaining calm and positive, but having him on our side made it oh so much better. He coordinated all the repairs and cleaning and did so without ever losing his cool. I have bought and sold homes before, but I have not done so when I have already moved and this move was one that really didn't allow us to "pop" back to take care of things. In what I consider to be record time, the repairs were made and we closed. Couldn't have done it without him. I can honestly say you'll never find a better agent!!!

David was great! Very responsive with text messages and phone calls. He was on top of potential listings. He took his time to explain things to me as well as being very patient. Definitely will use him in the future.

Moving from one state, where we were comfortable, to a new state and city that were unfamiliar to us, was both exciting and stressful. To have David Podvia as our agent was a blessing. He showed us areas of Jacksonville that we expressed interest in, and, almost weekly, sent us listings of homes with the criteria we had given him. He also took us to the St John's area to broaden our search. When we did find a home, which was in the stage of being framed, David was our eyes for the building process sending us pictures of its progress, Whenever we had a walk through which was perhaps two or three times, David was there with us, which was very important, noticing things that we might not. For example, David saw that the garage door trim needed to be addressed; it was sagging and we made note of it to the builder.David truly represented us in the buying process. As a realtor, David sees many many homes and is able to provide valuable information to the buyer so that the buyer can make informed decisions. This was important to us. We are a military family that moved to Jacksonville in 2013 and had no idea what to expect as neither my wife or I had ever been to the city. By pure luck we found David at Watson Reality and he was able to help us through both the rental market and pre built homes in the area. Finding nothing we liked he suggested the possibility of new construction and we went and looked at some model homes and found a plan that worked for us and was affordable. I would have never considered new construction so David's ability to figure out what would work for us and then helping us consider other options was awesome. During the building process we were not able to be there so David took the time to check in on the Builders and made sure we were going to be happy with the finished product. Unfortunately being a military family we had to leave 3 1/2 years later and it wasn't even a second thought to list it with anybody other than David. Once again his professionalism, patience, and advice helped us to get it on the market and sold for a very fair price. If we ever have to move back to Jacksonville we will be asking him to help us again!

From my first call with David. I knew I was in good hands. My rental property was located in Jacksonville and I live in southern california. There are always work in getting the house ready for the market and David coordinated all the work during the Christmas holiday.
